Advance payments and cancellation fees
- During the summer season and in the busy times, we usually charge a deposit of 50% of the total price of the stay. The cancellation fees are then set as follows:
- upon cancellation 30-15 days in advance 50% of the deposit,
- upon cancellation 14-1 days in advance 100% of the deposit.
- when shortening the booking date 100% of the price per night
- the deposit is not transferable to another date
- At the time of the Pálava vintage, we will pay a deposit in full amount of the price. The cancellation fees are then set as follows:
- Upon cancellation of the stay until 31 July 50% of the deposit,
- when canceling later 100% of the deposit.
- Our rooms are reserved for you by default on the day of arrival from 14.00 to 18.00. If you have a reserved room and can not reach this time, please notify us in advance to one of the above mentioned phone numbers. At the agreed time of arrival we reserve a maximum of 30 minutes longer. At the end of your stay you need to clear the room by 10.00.
